  1. Future Athlete Programme

Strength & Conditioning for Young Athletes.

Our Future Athlete Program is designed for boys and girls aged 7-17yrs, who want to get stronger, fitter, and more confident. Sessions are run in small groups (maximum 6 athletes) to ensure every child gets expert coaching in a safe, supportive environment.

Whether your child plays sports and wants to boost their performance - or they simply want to improve their strength and fitness - our program gives them the foundations to succeed. Each session covers strength, speed, coordination, and injury-prevention skills in a fun, engaging way.

How it works:

Sessions run Tuesdays 5:00pm and Wednesdays 5:30pm

Monthly membership includes 1 coached session per weeK, *no contract, cancel anytime

Investment: £63 per month with everything included

2. Private Strength & Conditioning

1-to-1 Coaching. Focused on Your Child’s Goals.

Give your child the tools to grow stronger, move better, and perform with confidence - in sport and in life.

At EPT Lab, we offer private 1-2-1 Strength & Conditioning sessions with Coach Dan, designed specifically for ages 7-17yrs. Sessions focus on building safe technique, improving strength, speed, and mobility, and developing healthy training habits that last a lifetime.

Private coaching: Tailored to your child’s age, ability, and goals

Expert guidance: Led by Coach Dan, an experienced youth strength & conditioning coach

Safe environment: Private facility, no crowds, focused attention

Investment: £60 per week for full private coaching support

  • Yes — we have a comfortable sofa area (with free coffee) where you’re welcome to sit and watch the session. Or even better, you might be interested in using that time to work 1-2-1 with one of our personal trainers.

  • Absolutely. Our programme is specifically designed for young athletes and led by highly qualified coaches who understand how to train growing bodies safely. We focus on movement quality, and building more resilient athletes.

  • We identify and strengthen key areas like balance, coordination, speed, strength, and posture — which are often overlooked in team training. By building these foundations, your child can perform better, move more confidently, and reduce their risk of injury.

  • We cap each group at 6 athletes to ensure every child gets the attention and coaching they need to progress.
