    Sometimes, all you need is the training - just you, your coach and a clear plan that gets results.

    With The Core Plan, every session is 100% customised to your goals. We take the guesswork out, so you can stop second-guessing your training and start making real progress. You’ll train in our private facility in Kibworth - no crowds, no distractions. Just focused coaching in the right environment.

    Investment:

    - 1 PT session - £60/week

    - 2 PT sessions - £120/week

    - 3 PT sessions - £180/week

    Our most popular package

    If you want more than just workouts, this is for you.

    You’ll not only train with your coach in our private facility, but also receive a customised online training plan, full nutrition coaching, and ongoing accountability. It’s the all-in-one system busy professionals rely on to stay lean and consistent.

    Here’s what you get:

    - 1-2-1 PT in our private gym

    - Online customised training plan to follow outside of sessions

    - Full nutrition coaching tailored to your lifestyle

    - Ongoing accountability & support from your coach

    Investment:

    - 1 PT session per week + full coaching support - £80/week

    - 2 PT sessions per week + full coaching support - £160/week

    Ready to kickstart your health & fitness?

    This programme is designed for busy professionals who want a clear plan, expert guidance, and fast, noticeable results - without overhauling their entire life.

    Across 6 weeks, you’ll get everything you need to built momentum:

    - 1x PT session per week in our private facility

    - Full nutrition coaching to fit around your schedule

    - Complimentary access to our small group personal training sessions

    - A customised online training plan you can follow between sessions

    - Ongoing accountability and support from your coach

    Investment (one off payment):

    - £480 for 1 PT session per week + full coaching support

    - £960 for 2 PT sessions per week + full coaching support
