  • Yes — we have a comfortable sofa area (with free coffee) where you’re welcome to sit and watch the session. Or even better, you might be interested in using that time to work 1-2-1 with one of our personal trainers.

  • Absolutely. Our programme is specifically designed for young athletes and led by highly qualified coaches who understand how to train growing bodies safely. We focus on movement quality, and building more resilient athletes.

  • We identify and strengthen key areas like balance, coordination, speed, strength, and posture — which are often overlooked in team training. By building these foundations, your child can perform better, move more confidently, and reduce their risk of injury.

  • We cap each group at 6 athletes to ensure every child gets the attention and coaching they need to progress.
